RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
MAINSTAGE MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR THE PERFORMANCE
OF THE ODD COUPLE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Mainstage Management
International , Inc. , for a performance of The Odd Couple, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
