RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH MULTITEK CIRCUITRONICS, INC .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Multitek Circuitronics, Inc. , for the property commonly known
as Lot 19 of Fox Bluff Corporate Center, Elgin, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
