Attached is a proposed agreement which is acceptable to Prai- rie Rock. Key provisions of the agreement include: 1) Prairie Rock and the City will equally share the costs to provide additional police for event security and for paramedic and public works services . 2 ) The City will be responsible for posting of traffic signs and for providing personnel to direct traffic . Dram Shop insurance will be provided by Prairie Rock with limits of not less than $1,000,000 . The Police Department and Prairie Rock are in the process of devising a security plan for the event. According to the agreement, the security plan must be finalized five days prior to the start of the event.
