RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Southeast Corner of Kimball Street and Douglas Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
John Haight, for the property located at the southeast corner
of Kimball Street and Douglas Avenue, Elgin, for $43, 632, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
