RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
CHILDREN' S THEATER OF ELGIN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Grant Agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with Children' s Theater of Elgin
for a $3, 432 grant pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission
Arts and Culture Grants Program, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
