RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH MARIE V. ARMATO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Marie V. Armato, for the property commonly known as part of
Lot 8 of Fox Bluff Corporate Center, Elgin, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
