RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(502 N. Grove Avenue and 520 McBride Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Helmsley, Inc. ,
for the property commonly known as 502 North Grove Avenue and
520 McBride Street, Elgin, for $919, 000 . 00, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
