RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF TRENCH-IT, INC. FOR
UNDERGROUND STREET LIGHT CABLE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to accept the proposal on
behalf of the City of Elgin of Trench-It, Inc. for underground
street light cable along Renner Drive for the total sum of
$7, 955, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
