Home My WebLink About95-87 Resolution No. 95-87 RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING DOLONNA MECUM AS CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, Dolonna Mecum has heretofore been appointed City Clerk of the City of Elgin, Illinois; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and members of the City Council concur in the reappointment of Dolonna Mecum as City Clerk.
