RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH ELGIN CORRUGATED BOX
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of
Elgin with Elgin Corrugated Box, for the property commonly
known as Lots 34 through 40 and portions of Lots 32, 33 and 41
of Fox Bluff Corporate Center, Elgin, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
