RESOLUTION
INCREASING THE NUMBER OF STOPS FOR SOLID WASTE
GARBAGE AND REFUSE PAYMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin shall make payment to Waste
Management-West for 19,596 stops for solid waste garbage and
refuse and for 117 additional multi-family units at 75% of the
contract rate for the period January 1995 through June 1995 .
