RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE PROPOSED RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 6 AND 7 OF
CATATOGA COMMUNITY UNIT
WHEREAS, written application has been made with the
County of Kane for final plat of resubdivision for property
legally described as Lots 6 and 7 of Catatoga Community Unit,
in the Township of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the proposed resubdivision is to be known as
Panapucci 's Resubdivision; and
WHEREAS the proposed resubdivision is located within
contiguous territory which is not more than one and one-half
( 1 .5) miles beyond the corporate limits of the City of Elgin;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed resubdivision is located within an
area designated for estate residential development in the City
of Elgin, Comprehensive Plan, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the estate residential land use designation in
the Elgin Comprehensive Plan contemplates development in the
County of Kane for an area including the proposed
resubdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the proposed
resubdivision of Lots 6 and 7 of Catatoga Community Unit, in
the Township of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois .
