Kimball 's Jr. Second Addition to Elgin; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 34 seconds East, along the West line of said Lot extended South, a distance of 67.91 feet; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 5.06 feet for the point of beginning of said center line; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 37 seconds West, a continuation of the last described course, a distance of 150.00 feet for the terminus of said center line, in the City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois, and containing 1500.00 square feet, more or less. Helwig, City Manager SUBJECT: Northern Illinois Gas Easement for Hemmens HVAC Improvements PURPOSE The purpose of this memorandum is to present to the Mayor and Members of City Council a Grant of Easement to Northern Illinois Gas for the placement of a service line to Hemmens Auditorium. BACKGROUND The Hemmens Auditorium HVAC improvements require a gas service line. Northern Illinois Gas Company has determined that the service connection should be made along the northern property line of the building off an existing main that serves North Street. The service line has been installed due to the City's desire to initiate operation of the HVAC system as soon as possible. FINANCIAL IMPACT None. COMMUNITY GROUPS/INTERESTED PARTIES CONTACTED None.
