RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A VACANT LAND SALES CONTRACT
(Lillian and Weston Streets)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Vacant Land Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Laura Fabrick
Trust dated March 4, 1981, for the property located at Lillian
and Weston Streets, Elgin, for $23,680 . 00, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
