Chicago Street) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Grant of Easement for a public sidewalk from El Mesias United Methodist Church for the property legally described as follows : The Southwesterly 15 feet of Lots 20 and 21 in Lord' s Park Terrace, a part of Lot 16 of the County Clerk's subdivision in the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 9, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
