RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RELEASE OF EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT
(Randall Ridge Subdivision)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Release of Emergency Access Easement for the
property legally described as follows :
Lot 85 in Randall Ridge, Unit 1, in the City of
Elgin, Kane County, Illinois.
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
