RESOLUTION
EXTENDING TIME FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR
HEARTLAND MEADOWS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the period of time for submission of the
preliminary plat for approval for Heartland Meadows be and is
hereby extended to December 31, 1995 .
