RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
( 32-52 South Grove Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a Real Estate Sales Agreement on behalf of the City
of Elgin with James A. Rouzer, Elizabeth M. Erotas-Rouzer,
Michael A. Trump and Vicki B. Trump, for the property commonly
known as 32-52 South Grove Avenue, Elgin, for $525, 000, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
