RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH STARRO PRECISION PRODUCTS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City
of Elgin with Starro Precision Products, Inc. , for Lot 4
(except the Westerly twenty ( 20) feet thereof) and the
Westerly twenty (20) feet of Lot 5, in Fox Bluff Corporate
Center, in the City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
