RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF
MUNICIPAL MAINTENANCE EXPENDITURE STATEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the Municipal
Maintenance Expenditure Statement of the City of Elgin for the
period January 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994, a copy of
which is attached hereto.
