AUTHORIZING FREE PARKING AT ATTENDED LOTS DURING THE
1995 FINE ARTS FESTIVAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby authorizes free parking at attended
lots during the 1995 Fine Arts Festival .
