RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
WITH BOWES ROAD PARTNERSHIP
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Kevin Kelly, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City
Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Bowes Road Partnership, for the vacant property situated on
Bowes Road consisting of approximately the easterly 20 ' of
Lot 2 and the westerly 205 ' of Lot 3 in the Fox Bluff
Corporate Center, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
