RESOLUTION
AMENDING THE 1995 BUDGET TO TRANSFER CONTINGENCY FUNDS TO
MOTOROLA COMMUNICATIONS ACCOUNT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the 1995 budget of the City of Elgin adopted in
lieu of an appropriation ordinance be and is hereby amended by
transferring $200,000 from contingency fund number
220-0000-791 . 84-01 to account number 220-0000-791 .92-47 for
the 1995 payment of the Motorola lease purchase contract.
