RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES
(Randall Ridge Unit No. 4 )
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Plat of Easement prepared
by Hagensee Surveying Group, Ltd. dated June 14 , 1995 and
revised June 27 , 1995, for drainage purposes for Randall Ridge
Unit 4 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the Plat of Easement to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois .
