RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF IHC GROUP, INC. FOR
FILTER BACKWASH WATER RETURN MODIFICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to accept the proposal on
behalf of the City of Elgin of IHC, Group, Inc . for filter
backwash water return modifications at the Riverside Treatment
Plant, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
