RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN OFFER TO PURCHASE
WITH CHICAGO AND NORTH WESTERN TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City Manager, and
Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Offer to Purchase on behalf of the City
of Elgin with Chicago and North Western Transportation Company
for their interest in a portion of Wellington Avenue (north of
National Street and south of Prairie Street) , a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
