RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(231 Douglas Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with John Haight, for
the property commonly known as 231 Douglas Avenue, Elgin, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
