RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE SURFACE IMPROVEMENTS IN
UNITS 8 THROUGH 11 OF COBBLER' S CROSSING SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the surface improvements, which include street
lights, signs , public sidewalks, curb and gutter, trees and
pavement within dedicated right-of-way in Units 8 through 11
of Cobbler ' s Crossing Subdivision.
