RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR A PUBLIC PARK
(College Green Park)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a certain plat of dedication
for a public park prepared by Dale A. Terry, an Illinois Land
Surveyor, and dated March 14 , 1994 for the property legally
described as follows :
Outlot "D" in College Green Unit 7, being a
subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 28, Township 41 North, Range 8 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, in the City of Elgin, Kane
County, Illinois .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to cause said plat of
dedication to be filed with the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois .
