RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN OFFER TO PURCHASE
(Railroad Depot on National Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard B. Helwig, City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute an Offer to Purchase
on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Chicago and North
Western Transportation Company for the railroad depot located
on National Street in Elgin, for $2 ,000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
