RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE AGREEMENT WITH
CENTER CITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
(32-52 Fountain Square Plaza)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin
with Center City Development Corporation, for the property
commonly known as 32-52 Fountain Square Plaza, Elgin, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
