RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(236-242 Dundee Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Elgin a Real Estate Sales
Contract, and Exhibit "B" attached thereto entitled Store
Lease, with American Realty Associates, II and Payless Shoe
Stores, Inc. at a purchase price of $252,500, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
