RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING USE OF CITY PROPERTY BY WAYSIDE CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Wayside Center be and is hereby authorized to
use city property located at the corner of Dundee Avenue and
Seneca Street during the hours of 10 : 00 a.m. to 4 :00 p.m. on
June 24 and 25, 1994 for the purpose of conducting a sale of
clothing, furniture and appliances .
