RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
ARTREACH TOURING THEATRE FOR A PERFORMANCE OF
THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby authorizes Richard B. Helwig, City
Manager, to execute an agreement with Artreach Touring Theatre
for a performance of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow as part of
the Performing Arts for Young People Series, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
