RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
(Woodbridge North)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a plat granting a sanitary sewer easement to the City
of Elgin over the property legally described as follows :
The South 15. 00 feet of the East Half of the
Northwest Quarter lying North of the North line of
Bowes Road and lying East of the East line of
Randall Road per Document No. 92K05490 recorded
Jan. 24 , 1992, all in Section 28, Township 41 North,
Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Kane
County, Illinois .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the plat to be recorded in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois .
