RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EVENT ON PUBLIC PROPERTY
(Great American Circus)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the application of the
Center City Development Corporation for a special event by the
Great American Circus to be held May 27 , 1993 on South Grove
Avenue between Prairie and National Streets, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
