RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN UNITS 1 THROUGH 7 AND THE UNDERGROUND
IMPROVEMENTS IN UNIT 8 OF COLLEGE GREEN SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the underground and surface improvements, which
include water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, pavements,
sidewalks, lights, and trees, in Units 1 through 7, and the
underground improvements, which include water main, sanitary
sewer, and storm sewer, in Unit 8, of College Green
Subdivision.
