RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDED REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Eby-Brown Property)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute an amended Real Estate
Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with William
Wake, Jr. and Elgin Eby-Brown Company, for the property
commonly known as the Eby-Brown property located at 151 , 153,
155, 157 , 159 , 161 and 177 Douglas Avenue, 170 Dexter, 152 and
172 North Spring Street, Elgin, for $600 , 000, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
