Home My WebLink About93-54 a3 Resolution No. 93-54 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH NORTHERN ILLINOIS GAS COMPANY ( 525 Shales Parkway) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that George VanDeVoorde, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an easement agreement for gas mains over the property commonly known as 525 Shales Parkway and legally described as follows : A 30 foot wide by 50 . 06 foot long parcel of land situated in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 41 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Elgin, Hanover Township, Cook County, Illinois; said parcel being identified by hatch marks and printed label on Exhibit "A" (dated 01/15/93) attached hereto and made a part hereof .
