RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Eby-Brown Property)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with William Wake, Jr.
and Elgin Eby-Brown Company, for the property commonly known
as the Eby-Brown property located at 151, 153, 155, 157, 159 ,
161 and 177 Douglas Avenue, 170 Dexter, 152 and 172 North
Spring Street, Elgin, for $600, 000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
