RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
O'DONNELL WICKLUND PIGOZZI AND PETERSON ARCHITECTS, INC .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement on behalf of
the City of Elgin with O'Donnell Wicklund Pigozzi and Peterson
Architects, Inc. for architectural services for the law
enforcement facility, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference.
