RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
( 646 McBride Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Eric
Christiansen, for the property commonly known as 646 McBride
Street, Elgin, for $32 , 000, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
