RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(Lot 8 in Block 8 of Sadler's Addition to Elgin)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Robert 0. Malm, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with NBD Bank as
Trustee under Trust #30664990 and Beneficiaries Victoria B.
Hinshaw and Gerald M. Biggers, Jr. , for Lot 8 in Block 8 of
Sadler' s Addition to Elgin which property is commonly known as
Jerusha and Mabel Streets, Elgin, for $3,500, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
