RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
( 1960 Highland Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with John G. Feldmann,
for the property commonly known as 1960 Highland Avenue,
Elgin, for $3,050, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
