RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(439 Fremont Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with George Zamudio
and Elena Zamudio, for the property commonly known as
439 Fremont Street, Elgin, for $85,000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
