RESOLUTION
CONGRATULATING
THE ELGIN SHARKS TRACK CLUB
ON THEIR COMPETING IN THE AAU/USA
YOUTH CROSS COUNTRY NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
WHEREAS, the Elgin Sharks Club co-sponsored by the City of
Elgin Parks and Recreation Department, under the leadership of
Robert Pleticha, entered the Union/Carrier Youth Cross Country
Championships on December 5, 1992 , and;
WHEREAS, the Elgin Sharks Track Club has displayed
outstanding teamwork and should be proud of their efforts .
WHEREAS, the following team members won in the listed
categories :
