RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE DAVIS/HOLMES/WAUCHOPE
RESURFACING PROJECT IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for
maintenance the Davis/Holmes/Wauchope resurfacing project
improvements, and authorizes final payment to Central Blacktop
for a project cost of $482 ,436 . 85 .
