RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH PAMELA GARCIA AND LEE GARCIA
( 535 Teal Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a written lease agreement
with Pamela Garcia and Lee Garcia for the premises commonly
known as 535 Teal Street, Elgin, Illinois, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
