RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EVENT ON PUBLIC PROPERTY
(Elgin Puerto Rican Parade and Festival )
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby approves the application of the Elgin
Puerto Rican Parade Committee for a parade and festival to be
held August 7 , 1993 in the Fountain Square Plaza, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
