RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH
THE WILLIAM MORRIS AGENCY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Larry L. Rice, City Manager, be and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a performance agreement on
behalf of the City of Elgin with the William Morris Agency for
a performance by Eddie Rabbitt on January 29 , 1994 , a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
